Small tools, free to use means exactly that: single-purpose utilities for the jobs that come up between the shoot and the delivery, open to anyone, with no account, no card, and no watermark on what comes out. They are built for working photographers who already have a workflow and do not want another platform inside it. A real estate photographer getting a listing set down to a portal's size limit between viewings, a wedding photographer preparing web-sized previews alongside full-resolution files, a studio assistant fixing a batch that a board rejected: those are the jobs these tools are for. Where the work can happen on your own device, it does, which is why they cost nothing to run and why your photos never leave your computer.

Which tool do I need?
- Booking a client: start from the contract template and check what your galleries will cost with the storage cost calculator.
- Before anything is shared: remove the location from photos taken at a client's home, and convert iPhone HEIC files to JPG so everyone can open them.
- Sneak peeks and social: watermark a batch, then crop it for Instagram or split a panorama into a carousel.
- Delivery: make a QR card for guests to find the gallery, and resize listing photos for MLS boards.
They are deliberately not editors, culling tools or delivery platforms. Each one does a single mechanical job that would otherwise mean opening Lightroom or Photoshop, or a website that wants your email first.
Do I need an account or payment?
No. The tools are free, with no account, no card, no trial timer and no watermark on the output. Because nothing is uploaded, nothing counts against any GalleryLink plan's storage, and the tools work the same whether you have an account or not. You only need an account for the step after this one, turning the finished photos into a client gallery you can send as a link, and the free plan covers one gallery.
FAQ about GalleryLink tools
- How many photos can I process at once?
- Batches of 20 to 50 photos depending on the tool. If you have more, run a second batch: there is no daily limit and no queue, because the work happens on your own machine rather than on a server.
- Do the tools work on a phone?
- Yes, in a modern mobile browser. HEIC photos straight from an iPhone work too: the tools decode them on your device.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Everything runs in the browser tab you already have open. There is no extension, no desktop app and no upload step.
